Your privacy is not just a policy; it's our core feature. HelixSheet AI is built to ensure your sensitive data never leaves your control.
We do NOT collect, store, or analyze your spreadsheets, CSV files, or any data you process using our software. All processing happens locally on your machine or is transiently sent to the AI provider you explicitly configure.
When you use the AI features, your prompt (and necessary context) is sent to the LLM provider you selected (e.g., DeepSeek, Google Gemini). These providers are used solely for generating Python code. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.
Any scripts, settings, or logs generated by the application are stored locally on your device's hard drive. You have full control over these files.
We do not track your usage behavior inside the application. We do not use Google Analytics or similar trackers in the desktop app.
